Every quote is completely bespoke. First we run the files you provide through our laser cutter and calculate the the time it will take to cut and then we work out the amount and cost of material required. We believe in keeping it super simple and these two costs are clear on your quote.

We include a free file check with every quote before we run them through our laser cutting software.

Yes we can and provide you with sample swatches of any of our stock acrylics. All of our samples come with an engraved and etched area so you can see exactly how they look when laser cut.

No we only ever charge you for the area of material you use down to the nearest 10mm.

The maximum thickness for acrylic cutting is approximately 10-12mm, while for wood cutting, it ranges from 6-9mm depending on the wood type.

The laser removes a tiny amount of material when cutting and is known as the kerf. Our laser cutter has a kerf of approximately 0.125mm.

No our CO2 laser is not powerful enough for this.

Yes. We are able to acrylic, wood, MDF, laser ply, cork, paper, card, rubber, ABS, polypropylene and much more.

If we have never worked with it before we may need a sample to ensure we get the laser set up just right.
